Travel down a country lane, arriving to off-road parking, and be wowed by the stunning vistas surrounding your abode, looking directly towards Morecambe Bay. Head indoors to reach the open-plan living space, complete with a plush corner sofa, a dining table for four, a Smart TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Catch your rest in one of two bedrooms, including a king-size and a twin, both well-appointed and complete with Smart TVs. The apartment is completed with a sleek shower room with underfloor heating, where you can refresh ahead of your Cumbrian itinerary. The community of Bardsea is perched atop a hill with views of Morecambe Bay. This isolated region developed from a tiny fishing community and farming region into a crucial transportation route for coal, iron ore, and corn. Although Bardsea is no longer a significant port, it still has a strong fishing history and a bar with excellent food and outstanding beer. The historic market town of Ulverston is only 2 miles from the village and still hosts a street market every Thursday and Saturday. Ulverston also hosts numerous festivals throughout the year, including an amazing lantern procession in September and a fantastic Dickensian weekend in early December.
