The property's location is highly praised for its peaceful countryside views, proximity to local provisions in Chorley, and nearby attractions. Great walks and family-friendly activities are easily accessible.

The majority of guests find the beds very comfortable and the house cosy, especially with the log burner. However, some guests noted a need for more seating in the living room and a downstairs toilet for added comfort.

This is our second time of staying and there will be a third time soon. Nicky the owner is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend this property.

The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, the grandchildren loved running around and playing in the Summer House. The hot tub was a hit with everyone and got plenty of use. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty for the children to do in surrounding areas with a Farm Park not far away and Astley Park in Chorley. We also visited Worden Park in Leyland which the children enjoyed.
