Although tucked away within the grounds of the owner's home in a quiet part of town, this property is only within a mile of a whole host of amenities. The seaside town of St Annes-on-Sea nestles along a picturesque stretch of coastline with award-winning sandy beaches. In under a mile you can stroll into the centre of town and enjoy a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants, and a pretty pier with amusements. The area is internationally renowned for golf with the famous Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club on the doorstep, along with many other courses in the area. For anyone wanting to venture out for the day, the beautiful Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Yorkshire Dales National Park and Lake District National Park can all be reached within 50 miles.
Feel instantly at home in this wonderful property as you step inside a small entrance hall and kick off your sandy shoes, before moving into the lounge/diner. Adorned with large windows and patio doors that flood the room with light, the lounge area has been beautifully finished with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. For dining, a large table with plenty of seating sits at the back of the room, where you can enjoy a simple supper or morning coffee with the papers. The kitchen is set off the lounge area, a well-equipped space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. When the day is done you will find a sumptuous super-king-size bed which is a zip-and-link (can be made up as twin beds on request), where you can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest amongst the soft linen. Completing the interior is a Jack and Jill shower room with a shower, bidet and WC that can be accessed from either the bedroom or the entrance hall.
Doors from the lounge open out to a private patio area outside, with furniture for dining alfresco. Guests also have shared use of the owner’s lawned garden and there is ample parking just outside the property.
