Note: This property now has double glazed windows but due to the age of the apartment building some windows are low, the higher windows can be opened fully and the lower windows do have child guards to prevent full opening but we would always recommend that children are supervised around lower windows.
Note: This property can accept infants but guests would need to bring travel cot, stair gate, high chair etc, The lower entrance hall is large enough to accommodate buggys or children's scooters.

Beautiful views over the Kent Estuary from flat. Warm, spacious, homely. V clean and organised by owners. Local pubs. Great journey Arnside to Grange by train. Community equipment scheme at Arnside station, able to hire electric bikes. We borrowed a mobility scooter for a donation. Fantastic idea, waysaroundthebay.org.
