Situated alongside a lake on the Lancashire / Cumbria border is this excellent, new, four bedroomed detached lodge. Set in the heart of South Lakeland Leisure Village with easy access to a range of excellent outdoor and indoor leisure facilities, the lodge is ideal for a party of up to six to relax together. On arrival, there is an off-road parking space for two vehicles next to the property, along with your very own private jetty!
A short series of steps lead up to your stylish home-from-home, which has a bright, modern, open-plan living space with panoramic views across the lake. There is a spacious, modern well-equipped kitchen, hosting all the appliances you need to make cooking a pleasure, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The Kitchen opens on to the dining area where there are French doors leading on to the decking area, which provides an abundance of natural light and boasts views over the lake for you to enjoy as you dine. In the evenings, the sitting area entices you to unwind on one of the comfortable sofas. Alternatively, you can head out to the decking, which features modern glass panels, giving it an open feel, and makes for a lovely alfresco dining space to view the sunset or admire the views across the lake with a glass of wine in hand.
When night falls, choose one of the four well-presented bedrooms to rest in, with two of these comprising king-size beds one with en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite cloakroom, along with two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms enjoy fitted storage. The family bathroom is home to a bath with an overhead shower, ideal for an end-of-day soak. Be sure to take advantage of the property's private jetty, from which you can enjoy a spot of angling, launch a paddleboard or canoe, and soak up your peaceful environment.
