We all loved the games room, so much fun and kept the boys entertained. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was good size with the dining area. The only feedback I have is the finishing touches. While the house is generally clean. There were massive cobwebs and spiders in corners of rooms. Big cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. And in the bath, the mat in the bath had hair under it and hair in the plug. We also couldn't follow the recycling process as it was full already and had recycling mixed. Would recommend to friends and family especially those with Kids and teens

Despite the weather, a lot of rain and wind, the property always felt warm. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen facilities were good. There is also the added benefit of a games room and a garden room with double doors opening directly to the garden. The living room would probably be better for families/groups if there was more than one small sofa, this is a bed sofa and doesn't provide the most comfortable seating. We did have some issues that I have reported directly to the owner as these were due to the cleaner/ management company not servicing the property efficiently. Had we not had these issues, we would have been able to give the higher ratings.
