Guests appreciate the apartment's prime location opposite a dog-friendly beach with great views of the bay. The property is noted for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and warm welcome, including a thoughtful hamper for some guests. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements are mentioned, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests planning to return.
Most guests found the apartment to be clean and tidy, awarding high marks for cleanliness. However, a few guests noted specific issues such as peanuts in the bedroom, crumbs in the kitchen, and soap scum in the bath, which slightly lowers the score.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to amenities, the beach, and great views. It is also appreciated for being dog-friendly and within walking distance to town, contributing to a high score.
Guests generally found the apartment to be comfortable, with large rooms and a cosy conservatory. Some concerns about heating control and a suggestion for a draught excluder indicate room for improvement, but overall comfort is rated highly.
The apartment is well-equipped for self-catering, with a smart TV and other amenities. Some guests suggested updates and mentioned minor issues like lighting in the garden and the need for an oven glove, which affects the score.
Several guests were delighted by the welcome hamper and treats provided, reflecting the owners' thoughtfulness. It is politely noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Everything you would need. Location perfect and views from lounge beautiful. Would benefit from access to snuggly blankets for night time in lounge. Bed was really comfortable. Highly recommended.

The views across the bay were stunning. Parking was easy, right outside the door. It was well equipped, (maybe an oven glove) could be handy. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. The landlord was super helpful.

Black dog hairs on side of bed frame. Decor a little tired, Could do with blinds at kitchen window instead of net curtains. People at the Church next door were continueously up and down just outside the window and as you have to go through the kitchen to the bathroom it would make it more private
