It’s a great place to stay when visiting friends and family or just exploring. Maybe not for you if you have mobility issues as it’s up many stairs and no lift, beautiful though with everything you need and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Loft. Well located beside Hollingworth Lake. Good access to Manchester via rail from nearby Smithy Bridge station. Littleborough nearby for supermarket supplies. Plenty of eateries, good coffee and plant based food options within walking distance. Matthew, our host, made sure that we had everything we needed. If the opportunity presents we will stay at The Loft again. Highly recommended.
