Richfield is an enticing, Georgian cottage resting at the centre of the conservation village of Winster. Sitting within the beauty of the White Peak area of the Peak District National Park, this traditionally-styled cottage makes a delightful holiday home for friends or family looking to celebrate in style. Enter the property via the side entry, accessed along the pathway that runs down the right-hand side of the house, and into a contemporary boot room, where you can store bikes and kick off muddy boots after a day spent exploring your surroundings; there's even a tumble dryer you can use to dry off any wet clothing. Head through the oak-framed conservatory/dining room, which overlooks the garden thanks to its floor-to-ceiling glazed windows and offers dining seating for the whole group amidst rustic beams and stone flagged flooring. Move into the farmhouse-style kitchen to prepare a tasty treat for you and your loved ones on the granite worktops, with the assistance of an extensive range of appliances, including a double oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher to take care of any washing up duties. Make your way into the sitting room to unwind in the evening, with the Smart TV offering you a relaxing movie night indoors, or if you're seeking some alone time, move through into the snug and throw a log on the woodburning stove and take a seat on the inviting Chesterfield sofa, adding to the charm of the room with the addition of tasteful decor being apparent throughout the whole property. The first floor offers three snug sleeping spots to rest your head at the end of your adventures; choosing from an elegant, silver double with its own gleaming en-suite shower room, a pretty pink double with nodes of blue bringing an aura of art deco into the room, and a further traditionally-styled twin with bright, warming yellow walls, offering a unique spot for every guest to sleep. To the rear of the property is an immaculately presented garden, lined with pretty plants and shrubbery, offering a lawn and a patio area with seating, overlooking the adjacent church. There is an additional patio seating area that is perfect for an alfresco breakfast for those wishing to savour their coffee in the fresh morning air, and if the weather is less favourable, spend time in the wooden summer house, which proudly sits in an elevated position, overlooking the garden and church, providing sheltered seating, power and lighting, ideal for watching the sun set and relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The local area of Winster is an extremely scenic spot, boasting two pubs and local shop settled around its historic Market House, you'll find all the essentials just a short walk away.
