External stone steps take you to the first floor accommodation of this historic Victorian Gothic style building, which a century ago was occupied by the grooms of the Middleton estate.

You walk into a small lobby where you can store your boots and coats after the long walk.

This leads through into the very spacious and welcoming open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with electric log effect stove, exposed king post truss, and fabrics and furnishings carefully co-ordinated to reflect the accommodations character throughout.

A door leads to the hall off which is a light spacious bedroom with a double bed.

There are two further bedrooms, both with two single beds, one enjoying views over the walled garden.

There are two bathrooms, each with a bath, hand basin and toilet, one of which has a power shower over the bath.

There is parking by the property and to the rear is a private sitting out area in the private walled garden.
