The property was clean but the mattresses were very uncomfortable as were the sofas. The parking isnât exactly easy with some skilful manoeuvres needed to turn the car around and then a difficult exit to the main road through Millerâs Dale. There are sone cosmetic things to fix but since we spotted the property â⦠and Barnâ for sale in an Estate Agentâs window in Bakewell, we suspect these will be fixed by the next owner.

just one thing, which I have mentioned in previous years, once again there were no safety handles or rails in the showers or by the baths. As we are now older we need such things. You really need to check that all your holiday cottages have them. Otherwise we were very pleased with it.

It was really comfortable and clean. Easy access to nearby facilities. The owner was very helpful with any issues we had.
