A delightfully cosy, detached cedar wood cabin, one of a group of nine, situated at the head of the River Tanat, in the pretty village of Llangynog. Offering lovely, contemporary and stylish accommodation, surrounded by the Berwyn Mountains, and boasting stunning riverside views, this cabin provides an ideal base for a couple seeking that romantic, get-away-from-it-all break. It's so tranquil here, you can enjoy the sound of the river running past, and take in the stunning views from the paved patio, while dining alfresco or simply relax with a glass of something on the lawned area which overlooks the River Tanat, after a busy day exploring. This lovely cottage offers open plan accommodation and boasts a large picture window overlooking the patio and river with a comfortable en-suite double bedroom. Only an hour from the magnificent beaches of the Cambrian Coast, and a short distance from the start of the Snowdonia National Park, this pretty cottage is an ideal base. There is plenty of walking, cycling, fishing and watersports in the region to enjoy if you are the more active person, alternatively you can simply unwind by the riverside and potter around the lovely local area. Small but perfectly functional chalet style accommodation with stunning views of the Berwyn Mountains and right next to the River Tanat. Definitely going to return.

As previously mentioned by other guests place is very dirty, had to clean on arrival. Oven dirty, pans dirty, floors filthy, mop grubby, weeds on patio, paintwork chipped, dust balls under bed, toilet grubby, cobwebs everywhere, chairs mucky. Spent hours cleaning but needed longer. Not what you want on holiday. Owner informed, admitted fault but did nothing, just blamed cleaning lady. Sykes did nothing either, useless. Had photo evidence but still no use. Was booked as relaxing break but far from it. Couldnât relax in dirty surroundings. Such a shame as the view is stunning but owner doesnât care about guest experience.
