Reviewers unanimously describe the cottage as spotless and immaculate, indicating top marks for cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its convenience and spectacular views, with easy access to Chirk and nearby attractions. A few comments suggest that a car is needed for exploration, slightly affecting the perfect score.
Guests are very satisfied with the comfort of the cottage, mentioning comfortable beds, a warm atmosphere, and a cosy setting. The only minor point raised is about managing the underfloor heating.

This is my second time staying and will be back again I'm sure. Perfect location, amazing views, spotless, a gorgeous Bara Brith and the most lovely owners. Thank you again.

We also really loved the proximity to Chirk and surrounding countryside.

has to be the best we have stayed in in the 10 years we have been using Sykes Cottages. The attention to detail in the presentation was second to none, all top quality furnishing throughout. The grandkids loved the homemade cake waiting on the kitchen table when we got there. The location is also superb, right on the England Wales border, you can walk to the Chirk aqueduct & tunnel, Wrexham is 10 miles, Chester 20, the North Wales coast 50 miles. There is so much to do & see in the area, we will be coming back as soon as we can.
