With the seafront practically on your doorstep and Brighton Pier visible as you leave the property, Royal Crescent is perfect base from which to explore the city. The centre of town is a lovely 15 minute walk along the promenade, whilst the Marina is a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction. And with frequent buses stopping just outside the apartment, exploring the surrounding areas such as the historic village of Rottingdean to the east is a breeze!

The photos on the website are accurate but I was impressed by the spaciousness of this let flat. I am mindful that I was but one tenant in a flat that could have accommodated a family of four to six.
