This spacious Rottindean flat that can sleep up to four has the best of both worlds: the stunning coastline with its characteristic white cliffs and the dazzling city of Brighton & Hove. Both are just a short journey away and won't fail in keeping you entertained from dawn till dusk.

A sunny spacious apartment a short walk from the beach, the Underfliff walk and the other coastal walks, in the Saxon village of Rottingdean, this first floor, spacious apartment makes a wonderful base from which to explore Sussex. Rottingdean is a picturesque seaside village with an eclectic range of shops, tearooms, traditional pubs and restaurants  The vibrant and bustling City of Brighton & Hove is a short bus or car ride away, or you can walk along the Undercliff Walk to the Marina and into Brighton. The port of Newhaven a few miles to the east, in case you decide to take a quick trip to France during the summer months. All you need to make your holiday interesting is on your doorstep and the shops and eateries are all nearby too, so this is an excellent choice for your holiday.  Short breaks out of season, of 3 or 4 days at 75% & 85% of the weekly rate are available. Shop: 0.1 mile  Pub: 0.1 mile Coast: 0.1 mile

Kitchen with fitted units, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, breakfast table and two chairs

Bedroom 1 with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table 

Bathroom with electric shower over bath, washbasin and w.c

Hallway with door opening onto a roof terrace with table and chairs

Heating:  Gas central heating.

Parking: None allocated but free on street parking within the village.

Notes: Ground floor access to store room with washer/dryer. Telephone for incoming calls and WiFi. Sofabed useage always charged at £75 per person per week. Z bed for child charged at £40 per week - please contact us to add to your booking. Security deposit £200 payable with balance. Changeover day is flexible out of season.
