For a vacation to remember stay at this spacious, light and airy seaside holiday home offering home from home accommodation complete with a sauna, and fabulous sea views across Hastings Old Town.

Located close to the West Hill area of Hastings, this townhouse is ideally located with easy access to both Hastings town centre and Hastings Old Town. Here you can find a fantastic selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The beach is just a ten minute walk away, while Hastings Castle is just around the corner. Go up the steps to the front door, which opens out into a spacious hall. Leave your coats and shoes in the hallway before continuing through to the beautifully decorated kitchen. This room is full of character and houses a range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and cookbooks for inspiration should you need it. There is a separate utility room with an additional sink for rinsing beachwear, washing machine and tumble dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals head to the spacious dining room where a large table sits next to a large bay window allowing in plenty of light, and a table football to keep the family entertained. Upstairs, the lounge is located on the first floor and is a bright and airy room with fantastic sea views across to Hastings pier, a large comfortable sofa, and woodburner for cosy evenings in front of a film on the TV, which has a DVD player, Sky and Netflix. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a super king size bed with zip and link bed that can be separated into twin beds if needed. This room has wooden flooring, exposed brick chimneybreast, TV/DVD and steps down to a separate WC and en suite shower room with a fully enclosed sauna. Up further stairs, passing a large library wall, you will find a further bedroom with a super king size bed with additional single bed, which has a cosy woodburner, extensive built in wardrobes and a telescope to enjoy the spectacular sea views. The spacious bathroom has wooden floors, a large Jacuzzi bath, WC, walk in power shower and even an exercise bike. Outside there is a fully enclosed, partially covered courtyard garden with a rustic pine table and wooden bench, this is a fantastic spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. Need to know: Sleeps 4 1. Two bedrooms: both with super king size beds (one can be separated into two twin beds on request). Additional single bed available on request. One separate WC, en suite shower room, one family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, Washing machine and tumble dryer. Sauna, table football and exercise bike. Two woodburners. Limited parking outside the property, however guests may unload luggage outside the cottage. The owner will supply a 2 hour parking permit for your arrival and departure days. Additional permits can be bought locally.. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets.
