Originally built as a hotel, this magnificent holiday home has been renovated to a high standard, creating luxury accommodation ideal for families or a large group of friends. Entering the property, you are greeted by a spacious porch area, with a bookcase providing slippers for cosy living, with underfloor heating and a woodburning stove in the kitchen for that extra bit of warmth. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped and has sleek white marble effect worktops, with lovely under unit lighting, showcasing the extent this property goes to to ensure you have everything you could possibly need or want. There are patio doors leading out to the outdoor deck, with its expansive views and a luxury large hot tub. The dining area has seating for up to twelve people, a perfect spot to gather as a family and enjoy a lovely home cooked meal. Step into the lounge, with its lovely corner sofa, small bar and 55-inch flat screen OLED TV.Perfect for cosy evenings in front of the TV, with plenty of channels provided through FreeSat. Hastings is a town in East Sussex, England. St Leonards-on-Sea is situated to the West side of the town, with a range of local shops, restaurants and pubs nearby to sink your teeth into. Situated near the coast, you will have access to long stretches of sandy beaches and even the Hastings Pier, with plenty of shops and walking opportunities along the way.
