A lovely property in a quiet and restful location with much wildlife around. Well equipped and very clean.

We just did not want to leave at anytime during our week there. The baby owls just fledged, amazing variety of wild life and SO quiet & peaceful ☺️ Really fully equipped with everything we needed.

From the moment we left the lane to drive up to the Owl House we could feel the relaxation just wave over us both. There isn't anything that we'd change at all. The silence other than birds is beautiful and the views - oh my goodness. The settee is extremely comfortable alongside the huge bed. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cutlery and pans (we've previously stayed in other accommodation and had four of everything - even with a dishwasher! But not here). The shower was so easy to use and a great pressure with lots of hot water. We stayed at the house for a few mornings and just appreciated the atmosphere (We even read a book each! Not something we don't often.) The wildlife is just like sitting on a set of Spring Watch - we saw so many varieties of birds including the beautiful owls. After a day out it's a perfect spot to unwind and we'd love to return at some point. Neil & Wendy the owners are so helpful and friendly. We stayed for 14 nights and we really didn't want to leave at all.
