A fantastic base for families to enjoy East Sussex's coastline, the property is situated close to the town's centre, making it within easy reach of public transport, amenities and sights. Designated parking can be found on arrival, for your convenience, before you head upstairs to enter into this charming abode. The open-plan living space contains all you need for your stay, with a kitchen that is well-equipped for those homecooked meals you wish to rustle up; it offers a handy dishwasher too, making post-dinner clean up a breeze! Meals can be savoured at the dining table whilst you catch up on those seaside escapades, before kicking back and relaxing in front of the TV. Close by, the utility room can be found, and it not only features a washing machine, but is home to a fold-out bed; ideal for kids! The bedrooms rest nearby and feature a double and a single, the double offers an en-suite shower room, whilst both rooms feature basins, so you can freshen up with ease. Concluding the property is a delightful bathroom, where you can relax those muscles in the warm bubbles of the bath. The town also has extensive athletic options, including golf, sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, and wind kiting, as well as the 1066 Country Walk for walkers.
