A very comfortable, newly converted family beach house on the little explored Pett Level, located between Camber and Hastings.

Located in trendy Pett Level, from the outside, the worn weather-boarded exterior of Bridge House blends well with the quirky properties around it. This unassuming exterior however, hides a delightful surprise. One step inside the doorway reveals a quality holiday home that will be loved by families or couples sharing. Spacious rooms include a generous kitchen/dining room where friends will congregate to share with the cooking, play games or chat over a few glasses of wine round the wood burner. The cosy sitting room offers deep comfortable sofas around another wood burner which will probably encourage forty winks after a long day exploring the local beaches and cliff walks.

Three of the bedrooms (one with en-suite) and the family bathroom are located along a wide corridor leading off from the sitting room but the fourth bedroom, with its own shower room is at the other end of the house making it ideal for grandparents who may want to be away from the young ones first thing in the morning! It also means that the house has two master bedrooms, which appeals to two families sharing or groups of friends.

Although the area is well known for the nearby sandy beaches at Camber, the appeal of the local beaches at Pett Level are the rock pools, fossils, the mysterious 6,000 year old sunken forest which can be seen sometimes when the tide is out and the most intrepid explorers may even find the dinosaur foot prints!
