This cosy annex is located in the pretty village of Seddlescombe and is conveniently close for visiting the coast and the bustling town of Hastings. A short stroll will take you to the village green with its 15th Century gastro pub and resident geese and the village also provides a local post office and general stores and an antique shop. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is perfect for keen walkers and there are two vineyards just outside the village.  Nearby is the ancient town of Rye, famous for its cobbled streets and where you can catch a movie at the Kino cinema, Royal Tunbridge Wells for excellent shopping opportunities and the historic town of Battle.
