About this property

The Little Acorns, boasting a wonderfully unique setting, resting in Stunts Green, East Sussex is a detached studio that adjoins an alpaca farm. Guests get to see these endearing creatures as they come and go each day, together with roaming ducks and chickens; that’s not something you get to see every day! Perfect for a romantic hideaway, the studio is set within six acres of farmland which visitors can enjoy a stroll in and meet and greet the 20 resident alpacas. Standing within private gardens which include an enclosed patio area, a delightful pond which is filled with koi fish and a hot tub as well as plenty of patio furniture. You can imagine spending a lot of time out here, soaking up the idyllic surroundings, watching the fish in the pond, looking out for alpacas and other creatures and enjoying a wonderful dip in the hot tub. Come rain or shine, the guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of this stunning setting while chilling out in the hot tub. Once you’ve had a relaxing wallow, you can step inside through the French doors and enter the small but perfectly formed space which has been completed to an incredibly high standard. There is a sofa and armchair positioned in front of a Smart TV where you can imagine curling up and enjoying spending quality time together, and when you get hungry, the kitchen is more than adequately fitted with a range of facilities to make sure you can create delicious food for your loved one. Enjoy a snack together at the breakfast bar or try a romantic dinner for two at the dining table and chairs, or if the sun is shining, take your meal outside and enjoy some drinking and dining alfresco style. Come bedtime and the gorgeously appointed king bed is just waiting to be sunk into before looking forward to another day in paradise. The Little Acorns is a wonderful base from which to explore this delightful part of the world, so if you can tear yourself away from the alpacas, it’s worth getting out and about exploring. well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything was to our liking except the access to the hot tub.. We should have noticed from the pictures that there was no hand rail which of course to younger folk would not have been a problem. However, we are in our mid/late 70's and made us feel very vulnerable. We did manage to get our selves in and out (not a pretty sight, sense of humour need.) most enjoyable! The welcome pack was thoughtful, Thank you K&D and having our drinks in the sun watching the fish were very pleasant. As stated a wonderful venue.

The owners were very welcoming but left us to it. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Freshly laid eggs were amazing. Big thanks to the owners for making our stay away so relaxing. We will return ASAP. Thank you with 10 stars . Neil and Lucy x
