Ideal for both walkers and cyclists (bicycles available for hire) or rent the owners kayaks for a paddle in the sea! You are in the perfect location to explore all that Sussex and Kent has to offer, whether visiting Tunbridge Wells with its history and unique shops, or popping to the beach at Pevensey Bay, exploring Bateman's, Rudyard Kipling's former home or taking a picnic to Glyndebourne. Additional Notes:  Hire of owner's bicycles (at own risk) for small fee, or safe storage for your own bicycles.  Hire also available of owner's kayaks.  Fresh eggs when the hens oblige!
