Guests can take a ferry from the marina across to the Isle of Wight and enjoy the breath-taking views back across the pretty town and salt marshes. Just a short stroll or cycle from the property is the start of the coastal path leading along the sea wall to Keyhaven, passing the Lymington Sea Water Baths with giant inflatable course. There are various beaches within easy reach of the property which offer a great day out, and the New Forest National Park is a short drive away, with miles of tracks and footpaths to explore amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys.
