Guests say

5 The Nab House is a well-furnished and spacious property in Bembridge, appreciated for its proximity to the beach and local amenities. Guests have praised the comfortable accommodation, tasteful furnishings, and the inclusion of family-friendly items. While some guests have encountered issues with water pressure and cleanliness of windows, the overall experience remains positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The property generally appears clean and well-maintained, though several guests have noted issues with window cleanliness and cobwebs, which have slightly marred their perception of the property's overall cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for being close to the beach and local shops, with a quiet village setting that guests find ideal for a relaxing stay.

The property is described as comfortable, with ample space and well-thought-out furnishings. However, some guests have mentioned issues with water pressure affecting showers, which impacts the overall comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. However, there are recurring comments about water pressure problems and some minor issues with kitchen equipment and the grill, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.

Guests have expressed appreciation for the thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack with wine and biscuits. While these gestures are well-received, it is important to note that such gifts are offered at the owner's discretion and may not be a consistent feature.

It had everything we needed (except oven gloves - couldn’t find any anywhere!) and it was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Xbox very briefly before it stopped working but I didn’t want them on that all week anyway. So convenient for the beach, we walked down most nights just to watch the sea, it was so quiet and peaceful. We loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year, and we NEVER go to the same place twice! It’s very special obviously.

We had two fabulous weeks weather wise which always helps but we'd definitely recommend the Nab House to anyone looking to visit the island. Facilities at the property are spot on, excellent WiFi, management team are local and can help resolve anything minor needing attention.

  • Rebecca

quite noisy neighbours but other than that a very lovely stay.
