This contemporary two bedroom lodge with hot tub is ideally located amongst similar lodges in Roebeck Country Park, a fantastic location for exploring the wonderful sights of the Isle of Wight. The welcoming seaside town of Ryde is only 2.5 miles from the park where you will find the pier and its famed sandy beaches. You will be spoilt for choice with an array of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Ryde is a wonderful mix of traditional seaside fun with Victorian architecture. Within 10 miles of the property, you will find an array of attractions such as The Donkey Sanctuary, Amazon Zoo, Butterfly World, and the Garlic Farm to name a few. Some steps lead up to the door of this lovely lodge, entering into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are located within the utility cupboard. Cosy up on the sofas in the lounge in front of the TV and fireplace and chill out whilst catching up on your favourite programmes. Or gather around for a tasty meal at the dining table with ample seating for the whole family. Head out onto the decking through the double patio doors and enjoy a dip in the hot tub after an exciting day exploring the Island. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, benefits from an en suite shower room and WC, with the second bedroom offering twin beds. The family bathroom with a walk in bath with seat, shower over and WC completes the property. This lodge comes with wraparound decking with a sunken hot tub at the front, a wonderful space to sit out and enjoy the nature that surrounds it. There is also a retractable roof allowing the hot tub to be used whatever the weather. There is an additional area to the side of the lodge that offers a fire pit/BBQ and seating for a wonderful al fresco experience under clear skies. There are also 2 fishing ponds on site stocked with Carp and Tech which is free of use if guests have a rod licence. There is parking next to the lodge for 2 cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room and WC, and 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in lounge. WIFI available please note that this is intermittent in this location. Calor gas central heating and hot water. Wrap around decked balcony with sunken hot tub, patio area with fire pit/BBQ and seating. Parking for 2 cars. Pub and shop 1.5 miles, beach 2.5 miles.. 2 fishing ponds on site stocked with Carp and Tench, guests will need to have a rod licence.
