The main bedroom has a new double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and 2 bedside tables for a restful sleep.
The bunk room provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three guests in a small double bottom bunk (suitable for adults) with single bunk above, with a new mattress.
Outside, the property overlooks a large, car free, grassed, square which is the perfect place for children to play and make new friends, whilst you sit at the bistro table enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink whilst admiring the lovely sunsets.
The site is well situated within an easy (short downhill) walk to Yaverland sandy beach with popular beachside café, the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, Dinosaur Isle, and Brown’s pitch and putt golf, putting, and café, or turn left out of the gate to the coastal path and head across the downs to the Culver Monument and Culver Haven Inn which has stunning, far reaching coastal views.
Venture out to the vibrant coastal town of Sandown, where you can soak up the sun on its beautiful sandy beaches, enjoy the attractions on the popular pier, or explore the local cafés and shops.
