Located in the pretty village of Wroxall, this is an ideal base to explore all the delights on offer on the Isle of Wight. The beautiful village of Godshill is just a few miles away and is easily accessible by car or on foot, with an array of shops and tea rooms along with it's famous church it is a lovely place to visit. Situated within this beautiful rural setting, it is a wonderful place to enjoy the array of walks and cycle routes with them being some of the best on the Island. Why not indulge in a day or two at the beach, with a wonderful selection of beaches and resorts to choose from you are truly spoiled for choice. Other nearby attractions include the Donkey Sanctuary, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and Ventnor Golf Course with plenty of views to admire. Attached to the owners home, yet with privacy assured, step through the entrance of this cottage into the stylish dining room with a table and chairs enough for the whole group and a Bluetooth music speaker, with double doors leading into the kitchen it s a great space to enjoy some quality time all together. The kitchen comes complete with an electric Range oven and gas hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. You will find the lounge at the front of the house and after a full on day exploring the Island why not sit back and relax in front of the wood burner whilst enjoying your favourite film on the Smart TV. Head up to the first floor where both bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a king size bed and boasts countryside views and an en suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC with the twin bedroom benefitting from an en suite shower room and WC of its own. There is off road parking for two cars on the shared drive to the left at the front of the house. The small courtyard garden with outdoor furniture at the side of the house makes for a wonderful area to sit out and enjoy some alfresco dining whilst taking in the climate of the south coast. Small enclosed patio area to the front of the cottage with outdoor furniture. Regret there is no rear garden. Off road parking available for 2 cars on the shared driveway. Fairly steep staircase to the first floor. Beach 4 miles, pub and shop 1 mile.
