Approached down a long drive, nestling in wonderful woodland in the Kent village of Shadoxhurst are these great family lodges with excellent facilities to make your stay perfect - whatever the weather.  There is an indoor swimming pool, a huge games room with table football, table tennis table, cycle machines, dart board and snooker table plus outdoor swings, badminton nets and swing ball - so the children will be fully occupied whilst you relax.... All the lodges have access to free Wi-Fi so you can keep in touch with the outside world from the peaceful surroundings of your cottage. There is a by-way with lovely walks through the local woods and plenty of wildlife to observe as you stroll through the countryside.  Ashford International station  for fast trains to London and Europe, plus its renowned Designer Outlet is a short drive. Ground Floor:

Sitting/Dining/Kitchen is an open plan room with laminate flooring and two comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, rug  and flat screen TV/DVD/CD to one end. The Kitchen/Dining Area is very well equipped including an electric oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, full size dishwasher, fridge/freezer and there is a pine table and four chairs

Bedroom 1 is carpeted and has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror over, stool, wardrobe and views to the woods

Bedroom 2 is carpeted and has twin beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror over, stool and wardrobe - also with views to the woods behind the lodge

Shower Room with tiled floor, heated towel rail, washbasin, shaver point and w.c

Garden: Communal green to the front plus grassed area for ball games and woods. Barbecue available for each lodge.

Parking: Private parking on car park next to the entrance.

Heating: Electric panel heaters.

Also Provided: Full self-service laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. £1 charge per load of washing and £1 per hour for use of the tumble dryer.

Notes: The pool has a constant depth of 4' (1.25m) and is open between Easter and the end of September. 5mph speed limit on site. From October through to March, £20 of electricity pw included in rental - any additional usage will be charged by meter reading.
