Located in the popular St Dunstans’ area of Canterbury, the house is just minutes from the West Gate towers and the old City Walls which lead into the main pedestrianised City centre. This part of the City is a food lover's paradise with lots of excellent restaurants , pubs, cafes and bars to visit.

The house itself is a 1960’s architect designed single storey construction in the style of Alvar Aalto, a Finnish architect, hence the Scandinavian feel to the house. Built around an internal courtyard, offering a natural suntrap, the main living space is vast, with lovely comfy sofas, large dining table and is ideal for a gathering of family or friends. The owners have decorated the house with artistic flair comprising of an amazing array of artwork and eclectic objet d’art, and wonderful textures. It is a book lover’s paradise with a wide selection of books on display and the musical guests can enjoy the piano.

The wide floor to ceiling windows and doors overlook the large garden, with a concealed orchard at the end.
