Guests appreciate the sea views, cleanliness, and the well-equipped nature of the property. The presence of a private parking space is frequently noted as a benefit. While there is a mention of noise from a nearby pub and a single issue with hot water, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests hoping to return.

Guests consistently describe the property as clean and well-maintained, with one review specifically thanking the Property Manager for the cleanliness. No negative comments about cleanliness were found.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The convenience of public transport and the added bonus of a private parking space are also appreciated.

The property is described as comfortable and warm, with quality furnishings. One review mentions steep stairs, which could be a consideration for those with mobility issues, but overall, comfort is rated highly.

Facilities are generally regarded as very good, with the property being well-equipped. However, one guest reported an issue with hot water, which suggests a possible area for improvement in maintenance.

The property is in an excellent location for the beach and shops. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways so didn't have to do much cooking. Great to have a secure gated area for the car. We didn't need to drive anywhere as there are buses to Canterbury. Walked to Herne Bay along the beach. Accommodation is near a pub but usually closes early. Gets busy in the evening on the beach at weekends so may be noisy. Overall a good place to stay and enjoyed our week.

Pebblesea is a lovely, comfortable house in an excellent position for walking, beach, public transport, restaurants, cafes and shops. We parked the car in the private parking space and didn't need to use it during our week's stay as everything we needed was close by, including a bus to Canterbury. It was lovely to sit in the lounge and watch the tide going in and out over the oyster beds and watch the sunsets.
