Communicative, friendly and helpful owner. The only difficulties on the booking were caused by inflexibility of Sykes terms and conditions on changes of booking dates, and unavailability of UnionPay debit card payment option.

We spent a very enjoyable Christmas day hosting my wife's mother for a meal, cooked in the property's excellent and modern kitchen. Everything we needed was there, the location is perfect (right beside a bus stop, and a very short distance to the beach front) and the house was very cosy. A perfect stay!

The property was excellent for us. Bus stop outside for trip to Canterbury. 5 minutes from the sea and 10 minute walk into town,. Walking up hill coming back. The owner was delightful and gave us lots of useful information. One request from the girls: they would have liked 2 pillows on all the beds.
