A delightful converted Granary set right at the heart of this working farm that is surrounded by beautiful countryside.  The Owners farm sheep and cattle and a stay at this lovely property really is a true experience of country life and a great holiday for all the family. The farm is next to the village church and the local pub is just a few minutes walk up the lane.  There is such a choice of places to visit it will be hard to decide where to go.  Historic Canterbury and Dover Castle are only a short drive and Wingham Wildlife Park is just 20 minutes away, or head for the beach - pebbles or sand, there are plenty to choose from.  Don't forget to bring your bikes so that you can explore the lovely villages and country lanes - there is a bike store at the property.     Shop:  1.5miles     Pub: 0.5 miles  Coast: 10 miles

Sitting Room has dual aspect windows, a large three seater leather sofa plus a two seater sofa and footstool. A hanging rail and boot tray are provided for storing your welly boots after a good walk!  There is a television, sidetables and lamps and French doors which act as the entrance to the property and lead out to the enclosed garden

Garden: The garden is secure and fenced with a gravelled path around the house, there is a steeply sloping lawn area to the back which is edged with wooden cladding.  A garden bench is provided and to the side of the house there is a small children's play area with a play house.

Parking: Secure off road parking is provided for two cars to the side of the property.
