Why not head off to Canterbury too - only half an hour's drive away, for a tour of the stunning cathedral, wonderful museums and galleries not to mention the superb shopping! Bedroom 1 is carpeted, has a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. There is a feature fireplace and full length mirror plus a built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 is beamed and carpeted, with a feature fireplace, two single beds with bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and an antique chair
Garden: To the front of the property is a gravelled terrace with garden furniture and steps down to the lawn and flower borders. There is also a small courtyard patio with garden furniture and barbecue to the rear of the property. There is also a small fenced yard suitable for a dog.
Heating: Gas central heating and two wood burning stoves.
Parking: A small garage is at the end of the garden with a very narrow parking space for one small car. There is ample parking in the lane alongside the property.
Pets: 1 well behaved dog. Please bring your own pet bedding, towels and bowls.
Notes: Access is shared at the rear of the property with the neighbouring cottage.
