What a magical place to spend a holiday, River Lodge is nestled in the grounds of Leeds Castle and comprises of two beautiful cottages ideal for extended families or friends.
Sleeping up to 12 people, River Lodge is positioned in a secluded hideaway with a large private garden and outdoor seating area, overlooking the Weir Pond which is rich in wildlife and waterfowl.
The main house sleeps ten providing flexible accommodation in five bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus the pretty little side cottage that sleeps two. The property was initially the gamekeepers residence and has plenty of original features, tastefully enhanced by the comfortable and stylish decor. The Aga (as well as a conventional cooker) in the larger house means there is a wonderful homely feel and plenty of room to congregate around the fire in the evenings after a meal.

River Lodge: sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (of which 0 are en suite.) Two contained patio gardens, parking for 3 cars.
Keepers Cottage: sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 triple room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, reception area.

Kitchen with AGA and additional electric oven with gas hob, breakfast bar with stools and a wooden table seating a further 4 people to one side of the kitchen.
Archway leads through to a large utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with ball and claw bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with Queen Anne style double bed, fitted double wardrobe and drawer space
The sitting room area has seating for 10, inglenook fireplace, large refectory table with chairs seating 10
First floor
Master bedroom (sleeps 2) in a king size sleigh bed, chest of drawers.
Twin room (sleeps 2) with 2 single beds, chest of drawers.
Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with fitted wardrobe offering plenty of storage during your stay.
The family bathroom is also on the first floor and has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Second floor
Attic twin bedroom with 2 single beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Shower room with WC.
A TV with DVD player has been provided for use during your stay.
Weir Cottage: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom.

Open plan kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer.
