Only 10 minutes drive away is Leeds Castle and London is a an hours journey on the train. Headcorn village is a short drive away, with general stores and the opportunity to try your hand flying at the local Aerodrome. The popular country towns of Tenterden and Maidstone are the perfect places to wander, bursting with independent shops selling fashion, antiques and crafts or enjoy one of the many street cafes for coffee or lunch.
