The Bothy offers spacious open plan accommodation for couples, with a welcoming and cosy feel as soon as you step inside.  There is a wood burning stove with a free supply of logs available and large sliding doors to enjoy the surrounding countryside views.  There is also a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom and the views from the first floor bedroom are wonderful. The Bothy is set in a stunning rural location on a working farm with your neighbours being Highland Cows and Hebridean Sheep.  Guests are allowed (by separate arrangement) to wander the farmyard and book a farm Safari.  Home produce is always available to purchase, including eggs. You can walk into the neighbouring village of Sutton Valence and Maidstone is 8 miles away.  There are many castles close by such as Leeds, Sissinghurst and Bodiam, famous gardens and some lovely Kentish villages to visit.  Rye and Hastings are within an easy drive as is Bedgebury Pineatum and Bewl Water.
