Situated just outside the pretty village of Ide Hill, this property is a traditional working estate and occupies a stunning pocket of the Kentish countryside. Within easy reach of many local attractions such as Hever Castle, Penshurst Place and Chiddingstone Castle and Gardens, you can also find plenty of quaint villages and market towns with no shortage of independent cafes, restaurants, and antique shops. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many local footpaths on offer and Royal Tunbridge Wells is just a short drive away and boasts many cafes and restaurants, boutique shopping, the Chalybeate Springs, and the Spa Valley Railway, perfect for enjoying a relaxing steam train ride through the Kent countryside. For some R&R with your friends or family, the owner can offer a yoga retreat to help you relax and unwind. Step into the generous entrance hallway with plenty of storage space for coats and shoes and head through to the large lounge with cosy sofas to relax in front of the Smart TV and catch up on your favourite programmes. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for whipping up a delicious family meal with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools for morning coffee made with the Lavazza coffee machine. After whipping up a delicious family meal head through to the dining room located in the beautiful roundel part of the building and get the family together around the dining table with seating for all. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Heading up the stairs there are four bedrooms: two king size, a double and a single bedroom, and the stylish shower room complete the accommodation, with a walk in shower and WC. A door from the kitchen leads out into a private courtyard area where there is space for enjoying outdoor family meals on the picnic benches and charcoal BBQ. Guests also have the use of the owners shared outdoor heated swimming pool (July and August only) sauna and an indoor hot tub, with a separate changing room with WC. There are also ample woodlands, a picnic area, and a tennis court for guests to use with prior arrangement. The property can accommodate off road parking for two cars. Storage for bikes available. Need to know: 4 Bedrooms 2 king size, 1 double and 1 single. 1 shower room with WC and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Lavazza coffee machine. Utility room with washing machine. Shared use of the indoor hot tub, sauna and changing rooms with WC, between 10am and 12 noon arranged directly with the owner. Shared use of outdoor swimming pool between 10am and 12noon (July and August only), please bring own towels for outdoor use, arranged directly with the owner. Shared use of Tennis court available June September (arranged directly with the owner, please bring your own equipment). Off road parking for two cars, additional cars will need to be parked on the road. Shop, pub and restaurant approximately 4.5 miles. Smart TV in the lounge, king size and double bedrooms. Charcoal BBQ available. Storage for bikes. For safety the animals can only be viewed with supervision by the owner. Group yoga retreats can be arranged with the owner.
