It is has a very good location. Everything inside is modern, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 en-suite. Very modern kitchen. From our point of view there were some negatives. The television in the living room struggled to pick up a signal. The bedrooms had very little storage for our clothes. My wife felt that the towels and bedding covers smelled of smoke. Put these things right and it would be 10 out of 10.

Location, decor, parking, all excellent. Obviously extremely well thought out and very well maintained. So easy to settle in immediately. Minor niggles would be lack of a teapot and hob cleaner for the induction hob. It was an ideal package for ourselves and our daughter with excellent bus services on the doorstep. Plenty of lovely places to visit ~ Whitstable and Canterbury just 45mins drive.

The apartment was very clean, modern and freshly decorated and had everything you needed for a holiday stay. Very comfortable beds and the extra TV was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. There was no noise at all from the other apartments and being at the top on the second floor, nobody above. There is no lift, so be aware if you have mobility issues. Seven Sands is on the roadside next to a small amusement arcade, so there is some music and noise from this and the street below when the windows are open in the summer. However, it is not excessive and to be expected and the price you pay to be in the heart of the seaside. It is quiet at nighttime once everything has shut. There are several good places to eat out locally and plenty of takeaways, including traditional fish and ships. There is loads to do in the surrounding areas as well as a beautiful sandy beach on your doorstep. The parking below the flats is useful, however, on one occasion we returned and were unable to park as the space was taken by someone from another apartment. Signs reminding other residents and visitors only to park in their designated space would be helpful. The spaces are also very tight if you have a larger vehicle. On the whole, a great place for a seaside getaway with the family and highly recommend.
