For sandy beaches it’s Ramsgate and Margate along with Dreamland theme park all within 45 minutes

Not to be missed is the Viking ship cafe and picnic area very good value foods

Perched on the cliff top in Pegwell near Ramsgate with amazing views

Reculver is also a beautiful stretch of coast line for a quieter space

We are very close to Dover too just 45 mins by car to the famous White Cliffs and of course Dover castle.
