Woods Meadow glamping site comprises four unique and charming lodges overlooking a grassy meadow and the fields and woodland beyond. Each lodge has its own kitchenette, toilet, shower and sleeping for up to six people. Outside, each lodge has parking for up to two cars, a fire pit for barbecues and a decking area with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Locally-sourced luxury ready to cook breakfast hampers supplied by Deborah at Church Farm Cottages are available to book on request.

Woods Meadow Glamping is situated in one of the fields of our family farm, Church Farm in the Kentish village of Ryarsh. The family has been farming here for over 40 years and it continues to be a working arable farm.

After taking over the running of the farm in 2020 Richard and Liesl sought a diversification scheme to support it. Various options were considered but opening a glamping site was the preference. The scheme has taken almost three years to come to fruition and we now look forward to welcoming guests to Woods Meadow!

Woods Meadow glamping is a convenient base for exploring London and the South-East. Trains from West Malling (1 mile away) will take you to London Victoria and Charing Cross in less than an hour. The Channel Ports of Dover and Folkestone and the historic city of Canterbury are all less than an hour’s drive away. The town of Rochester, 30 minutes away, is famous for its Dickensian high street, Castle and Cathedral. Nearby, the market town of West Malling has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The county town of Maidstone is 6 miles away.
