There is plenty to do and see in this interesting area including famous gardens, historic houses, vineyards and much more. Rye, Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury are all within an easy drive. There are four local golf courses and wonderful countryside walks and Camber Sands is only 30 minutes away.

The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen, although small, was good; a loaf of sourdough bread, marmalade, jam, milk and butter plus a great range of good tea bags. Bed was very good and the bathroom excellent (shower and bath). Wi-fi was available. The pool was great, and tennis court was available. The downside, she is selling up and it won't be available much longer.
