Walnut is a truly unique property sleeping four guests on the Heath Farm Estate. This magnificent barn conversion is seeped in handcrafted and original features, with a huge amount of attention to detail. You step into a luxurious and comfortable environment, which is sympathetic to the breathtaking scenery and rural setting of Heath Farm.

Enter the well-equipped kitchen, with its oak units and slate worktop, combining unique features with all of the modern amenities for your self catering holiday. Next door you will find an open-plan sitting/dining room complete with a gable of oak windows overlooking the elegant courtyard, with an impressive stone open fireplace and ample seating to relax into after a busy day exploring. Also on the ground floor is the impressive slate tiled bathroom, with a luxuriously deep bath and spacious shower.

Up to the first floor and the first bedroom awaits you, complete with a super-king size bed and magnificent views through the stone framed window down to the pond and beyond. Accessed through the master bedroom, separated by heavy curtains you will find a second sleeping space complete with twin beds.

Outside you will benefit from your own private garden, complete with hot tub, chiminea and plenty of seating – not to mention more breathtaking views across the estate.

Enjoy the communal courtyard and garden, where you can relax in the peaceful surroundings or enjoy a stroll through the garden whilst enjoying the spectacular scenery.

Guests also have use of the communal games room, boasting table tennis, a pool table, musical equipment and much more. The communal games lawn offers croquet pitch, boules pitch, giant jenga, children's archery and a selection of bats and balls and the lake is stocked with rainbow trout and a rowing boat and paddle board are for guests to enjoy. There is also a wide selection of toys, games, DVD's and books for guests to borrow whilst they stay.
