Guests say

The Gallops in Chipping Norton is a well-received lodge, praised for its cleanliness, modern facilities, and peaceful location with beautiful countryside views. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches and the lodge's proximity to local attractions. While it is ideal for couples or small groups, some guests noted limited space in the second bedroom and a desire for minor improvements.

Guests consistently noted the lodge's cleanliness, mentioning it was 'very clean' and well-maintained, which reflects a high standard of hygiene.

The lodge's quiet site with lovely views and proximity to local attractions like Clarkson Farm and Oxford was highly appreciated, indicating a desirable location.

Comfort received positive remarks, but there were comments about the need for a new bed and the low sofa, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The property is described as well-equipped and modern, but some guests mentioned the lack of egg cups and storage space, indicating slight room for enhancement.

While guests mentioned extras like coffee and tea, there is no explicit mention of gifts, and thus it cannot be guaranteed that such thoughtful gestures are a standard offering.

The lodge was so beautifully decorated, super clean and well equipped. Having milk, orange juice and biscuits on arrival was a lovely touch. The pillows were a bit soft for us, but that’s just a personal choice. I have already shared the link to this property to friends and family and recommended they book to stay.

Well appointed and comfortable and all we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Only storage space was slightly lacking. We plan to return so good were things, including a welcome pack.
