Built in 2011, Ryeworth Cottage is a comfortable modern property whilst also benefiting from many traditional features providing warmth and interest throughout the property.

Double doors from the ground floor entrance welcome you into the large open-plan living room with traditional flagstone flooring throughout and an abundance of comfortable sofas to enjoy. The dining area benefits from a huge amount of natural light from the double doors opening out to the rear terrace featuring a table, chairs and a large barbecue. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for catering for all your family’s needs, across the breakfast bar and large dining table is the traditional four-oven Aga.

On the lower ground floor you will find a large multi-purpose play room, featuring a large television and sofa’s, as well as a range of children’s toys including a 1950’s doll house.

Ryeworth Cottage sleeps six guests. The master bedroom features a king-size four-poster bed with an en-suite wet room, also on the first floor is a twin bedroom and separate family bathroom. Up to the second floor you will find a double aspect twin bedroom with an en-suite wet room, featuring a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super-king on request.

Situated on the grounds of Kingham Lodge as part of Kingham Cottages you benefit from access to the indoor heated pool, traditional Turkish bath, the 5 acre gardens and more.

The village of Kingham itself is a highly sought after destination with ample walks from your doorstep as well as two village pubs and traditional village shop. A short drive away you will find the bustling town of Stow-on-the-Wold, seeped in history and home to many independent shops, cafes and eateries. Ryewoth Cottage really is the perfect destination to explore the Cotswolds.

Shared communal access for the indoor pool is daily between the hours of 7:30am - 8:45am. Swimming towels are provided.

Exclusive private one hour swimming slots are allocated to each property.

Please provide your own tennis balls and racquets.
