Gate Street is a family run farm and events venue, located in the heart of the beautiful Surrey Hills, with The Farmhouse being the largest of its small collection of beautiful holiday cottages. Perfect for all seasons and occasions, with luxurious and generous accommodation for up to 16 guests to include a separate pool house.

Gate Street Farmhouse is a true country gem, boasting open fires which are perfect for the winter months, and a heated swimming pool for the summer months.

Enjoy your morning coffee beneath the pergola whilst enjoying the beautiful views of the garden or relax beside the open fire in the sitting room whilst listening to friends or family play the grand piano. Gate Street Farmhouse is the perfect place to gather everyone together and enjoy a celebratory meal in the beautiful dining room, ideal for formal or informal dining and complete with an open fire.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts an Aga, walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar with stools where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the pool terrace and pergola through the bi folding doors. Next to the kitchen there is a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

An attractive cloakroom is also located just off the ground floor hallway with its own wood burning stove, along with a kitchenette and coffee station.

The Farmhouse consists of seven delightful bedrooms situated across the ground, first and second floor. Each bedroom has been beautifully furnished and boasts beautiful rural views.

On the ground floor you will find Bedroom One - The Study Room, with a 6' super-king size bed which can be converted into twin 3’ single beds. Bedroom two - The Garden Room, is next door and boasts 5' king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

On the first floor you will find four more bedrooms; two super-size bedrooms with their own en-suite bath/shower rooms, one twin single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom. The family bathroom is at the top of the landing and enjoys a bath and separate walk-in shower.

The seventh bedroom is situated on the second floor known as The Loft Room, with a super-king size zip and link bed and a generous en-suite bathroom. The Loft Room also boasts beautiful views across the surrounding countryside.

Just footsteps away from the swimming pool, set in the gardens of Gate Street Farmhouse, two guests can enjoy sleeping in the beautiful Pool House, a luxurious shepherds hut which offers peace and tranquillity. The open-plan kitchen, sitting/dining area, shower room and 4'6 double bed makes the perfect setting for a couple. Wake up and take a dip in the pool directly on your doorstep every morning, or stroll around the pool to the kitchen in the main house to meet up with the family for breakfast.

The steps to the loft room are narrow and wooden. Please also mind your head on the staircase.
