Clip Clops - so named because of the famous racehorse stables just up the lane and the owners own lovely New Forest show ponies at the bottom of the garden (!) is set within the backdrop of the Southdowns National Park in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Clip Clops is a self contained wing of a country house in the village of Findon - an extremely sought after place to live, let alone take a holiday! It has its own open air swimming pool, four pubs and in total seven places to enjoy superb food - including a traditional Tea Room. Every September they hold a Sheep Fair in the village too, with a fun fair and barn dance! The surrounding rolling countryside is full of glorious walks, historic sites such as Cissbury and Chanctonbury Rings and it is only a short drive to the seaside too. Angmering-on-Sea with its unspoilt coastline is within easy reach - so to is vibrant, colourful Brighton for a great day out. Arundel with its stunning Castle - and ever popular Chichester are both within an easy drive. Garden: Front garden laid to lawn with seating, shared with the owners. Fully enclosed private back garden with garden furniture and whirlygig washing line where your dog can safely play.
Parking: On the driveway.
Heating: Gas central heating and electric "wood burning" stove.
Notes: The house is really only suitable for adults or older children. One dog is very welcome - the owners have a very friendly Collie cross.
