While the west beach, located on the other side of the river Arun, is undeveloped and protected and offers isolated sand dunes and wonderful wildlife, the sandy east beach offers indoor and outdoor entertainment for visitors of all ages. The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times.

Our fully licenced bar located within the lounge area is open Sunday to Thursday evening 7pm to 10.30pm

    We visited as a family of 15 people, age ranges from 61 to 2 years in 3 separate apartments. We had 6 children with us between 7 and 2 years old. As this is a rehabilitation/convalescence centre for Firefighters sometimes, by a staff member, we were made to feel that the children were a inconvenience. Even though the location is absolutely perfect, I would not recommend this property for families with young children.

    They must be doing something right! The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Reception Team is efficient and welcoming: I was very pleased they remembered me from my previous visit a year ago.

    It is always clean and staff are always welcoming. There is plenty to do and see around Littlehampton . You don’t need a car there are plenty of buses and good rail links( when not on strike ) this time because of rail strike had to find a b and b for Saturday night so hope to get home today . Flat 34 is large and has three good sized bedrooms .
