This single-storey holiday home enjoys its own attractive enclosed garden with private access, standing behind the Rustington Therapy Centre (chiropody, podiatry and osteopathy practice). It is within 10 minutes’ walk of the beach and only 2 minutes’ walk of the village, which has many shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The South Downs National Park is nearby for scenic walks. Attractions and National Trust properties within easy reach include Chichester with its cathedral and theatre, Goodwood Races, Arundel Castle, the Wildfowl and Wetlands Bird Centre and historic Portsmouth. Worthing and Brighton are half an hour’s drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
