Located in Chichester, this eco-friendly Yurt Village is located in 3 acres of woodland with a wood-fired hot tub and communal fire pit.  The village consists of of 12 Mongolian Yurts and 4 Mongolian Field yurts in high season. 

Included in each Mongolian yurt is -

A Handmade oak double bed with memory foam mattress,

An antique table and Chesterfield sofa,

Natural coir flooring with a large Moroccan rug

Beautiful drapes in white. 

An antique wood-burning stove with an evening’s supply of wood. 

Your own picnic table and pallet kitchen with a gas stove and kettle. 

You will have a hand sanitizer, antibacterial spray, tea cloth, washing up bowl and trug bucket in addition to the furnishings.

Double bedding and two single sets are included, an additional third single bedding set is available at GBP 20 per set. 

There is a tree house kitchen, a cinema Yurt, a natural children's play area for entertainment, a woodland beach, heated toilets and showers. 

Goodwood Motor Circuit and Chichester Cathedral are 3 miles from the Plush Tents Glamping.  Southampton Airport is 34 mi away.

Hello, I’m Hester. I have been with Plush Tents from the very beginning, helping Paul (aka Makka) to source the yurts. We abandoned our plan to sell them, in favour of restoring Densworth copse to set up space where people could congregate and enjoy a magical outdoor playground with friends and family, with some indulgent creature comforts thrown in. I love cosy blankets and beautiful wood burners while Paul likes big bonfires and hammock.. that’s kinda how it all started really… glad it did and I’m sure you will be too.

Experience the last word in luxury camping. Our beautiful yurt village is equipped with plenty of modern creature comforts and make great spaces for social gatherings of all kinds.

Our boutique campsite is nestled in woodland at the foot of the South Downs, not far from the historic city of Chichester, Fishbourne Roman Palace and the magnificent Kingley Vale.

The whole campsite can be hired to host wedding receptions, hand-fasting ceremonies and birthday parties.

Romantic, relaxing breaks, fun-filled weekends with the kids, walking with your dog, relaxing in the hot tub, clay pigeon shoots, or simply a stroll in the countryside… we’ve got the lot and can’t wait to share it with you!

We are only a short distance from the sea and less than five miles from the famous Goodwood Estate, home to regular events including the annual Festival of Speed.

South Downs offers a really excellent variety of cycling routes, check out the cyclists guide for more details.

• Kingley Vale National Nature Reserve, including the oldest Yew forest in England and an Iron age Burial Mound. Once at the top of the hill you can see far out to sea and to Chichester in one direction and to the rolling South downs in the other. This walk takes 1hr 30 mins and is an easy level of difficulty.

• Fishbourne Roman Palace and gardens is the largest Roman home in Britain. A great place to explore with the children.

• Stanstead Park Country House hosts events from March and even has a miniature light railway which is loads of fun for the children.

• West Witterings sandy beach has been a favourite family destination for generations.

• The historic City of Chichester is a great place to wander, eat and shop. There is a farmer's market every 1st & 3rd Friday of the month. Chichester Cathedral is a great place to visit, with lunchtime concerts, free events and art exhibitions and the splendid Bishop's Gardens which offers a beautiful setting for a picnic.
